Chelsea Harbour, Chelsea SW10
Chelsea Harbour is a contemporary mixed-use development located in Central London and situated on the north bank of the River Thames. It was built on the site of an ex-British Rail Coal Yard and Victorian-era railway coaling dock on the River Thames. The 20-acre site was the biggest single construction project in the United Kingdom for decades.
Designed by architects Moxley Jenner & Partners, and built by P&O & Globe Investment Trust through their subsidiary, Chelsea Harbour Ltd., the development is centred around a beautiful 50-berth yacht marina, and as such has a subtle nautical feel to it.
With apartments and penthouses spread across twelve buildings, this stylish, secure and prestigious riverside development offers luxury riverside living with spectacular views across the River Thames and direct south-facing views over the marina.
Many of the apartments have wood floors throughout and under-floor heating and benefit from generous windows, balconies, secure underground car parking and 24 hour onsite concierge services.
